When you contact us on Intercom Messenger, we collect the following data via Intercom:
When you do not currently use the Calidity Web application, data provided by you is used to contact you or set up meetings.
When you currently use the Calidity Web application, data provided by you is used to verify your identity when in support chats, provide accurate support information and measure your usage of Calidity.
Additionally, this data may be used to personalize communication messages to you and provide more accurate automatic messages.
This data is retained for up to 9 months.
Intercom has signed a Data Protection Agreement with us, is situated in the US and data flow is protected with the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement.
If you wish for your data to be deleted from the Calidity Platform or any Data Processors we use, then simply contact us on Intercom Messenger or via info@calidity.app. Note that some information cannot be deleted without losing access to the Calidity Platform.
